“Overall I am quite pleased with their service. I ordered 2 sets of blinds from them in early August. When it came, I realized I had inputted the incorrect dimensions. They were helpful in making sure I got new measurements correct and because it was my fault, I only had to pay about 50% of the costs (which I considered fair). This is where they showed themselves to be an honest business: when they had billed me for the second set they forgot to discount the price and I didn't say anything because I thought I had misunderstood. They came back to me a few days later to fix the price which I felt was very honest of them. I would definitely work with them again when I need more blinds. I appreciate the service.”
