They were helpful in making sure I got new measurements correct and because it was my fault, I only had to pay about 50% of the costs (which I considered fair). This is where they showed themselves to be an honest business: when they had billed me for the second set they forgot to discount the price and I didn't say anything because I thought I had misunderstood.
