When I ordered 14 blinds, one was damaged upon receipt. The customer service rep quickly replaced it without charge and reassured me that the company stands behind their product 100%!

We were able to get a few samples by mail and made our selection from there. Measurement instructions were easy, too. A bit of an issue with delivery but this was quickly resolved by HeyBlinds. they even replaced one small piece missing in the box! We're very pleased with our blinds - look fantastic without any hassle or problem whatsoever!

The blinds were the perfect fit for our west-facing bedroom that gets way too much sunlight. We have ordered blinds from Hey Blinds twice now and both experiences were great. They came exactly as we expected, the first set arrived right away while there was a slight delay on our second order- however they provided an update so that we knew what to expect for delivery date which is nice because sometimes when you place orders online it's hard to tell whether or not your items will come in time before deadlines etc., but this wasn't the case with them! Overall I would recommend them if you're looking into getting new window treatments .....

They also had a great price point for the quality of product (which is high), and had free shipping. The only negative was that one of my blinds arrived damaged during shipment; however they responded immediately to my email about this issue with an apology as well as instructions on how to return it if needed in addition to offering me either store credit or replacement - no questions asked!
