“So... the product has been delayed again. I'm not sure what's going on with these shipments, but it seems like my order is stuck in neutral right now? But, I’m willing to wait for them since I know that Hey Blinds produce high-quality shades ever since. HeyBlinds: We’re sorry for the delay, unfortunately there are still some supply chain issues which occasionally cause delays at the factory, but the good news this is happening less and less frequently. I was determined to get the right length for my side returns, so I enlisted the help of live web chat. I sent pictures of the wall and valance to make sure I got the right measurement. But even after sending me longer side returns, the length was still off. I gave up and just lived with it.”
