“I had a mixed experience with HeyBlinds. On one hand, the ordering process was easy and the blinds arrived quickly. However, the quality of the blinds was not as good as I was expecting. They felt flimsy and the material wasn't as durable as I had hoped. Additionally, the installation process was more difficult than I had anticipated and the instructions were not very clear. I also had some issues with the customer service team - it took a while to get a response when I had a question about my order.”
