“We ordered our item over a month ago and we continue to receive delays due to back orders. Stop selling them if you can't fulfill orders and revise your shipping policy. HeyBlinds: FedEx has been experiencing intermittent backlogs at their shipment centers, we know this is a big hassle for our customers, but it is not happening very often at this point. Apologies for this situation beyond our control.”
